By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 6, 2021, No. PO-5177 "On additional measures for the effective organization of anti-corruption activities", it was instructed to organize in state authorities and administration, at state unitary enterprises and institutions, as well as organizations with a state share of more than 50 percent (hereinafter referred to as state bodies and organizations) from October 1, 2021, the activities of internal anti-corruption control units within the framework of the existing staff units".
Pursuant to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. dated July 6, 2021, No. PО-5177, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on September 10, 2021 made a decision to include the anti-corruption internal control sector in the organizational structure of the Company and to approve new organizational structure of RSLС “Qurilishmashlizing” JSC. The changes have been made within the existing staffing units.

 

The Meeting of Shareholders

The Supreme Body of “RSLC “Qurilishmashlizing” JSC is the General Meeting of Shareholders, which is held annually. Other than the annual, the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be extraordinary.
The shareholders have a right to vote in the General Meeting of Shareholders - owners of common shares. A right to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders is carried out by the shareholder personally or duly through his authorized representative. The meeting will be a competent if it is attended by shareholders holding in aggregate more than 50%.

 

 

The Supervisory Board of "RSLK “Qurilishmashlizing” JSC

The Supervisory Board of the company carries out a general management of the Company’s activity, with the exception of solving questions referred to competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders. Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company are elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a period of one year. Quantitative structure of the Supervisory Board of the company is determined by the Charter and is 7 people.
